Patrick Graven: If we allow ourselves to spend more time alone to learn ourselves, we become masters at noticing the feelings and sensations that arise in our life. We all have areas in our lives we either ignore or can improve upon, we all have moments when we could have done better but we can make better moments, for that's up to us. Once you have that understanding, you can make better decisions and respond to life and to others, with more clarity and understanding. Always practice what you want to do as that will give you answers, but you need to care, and to care, you need to spend time with it. Patrick Graven
